The Regional Marketing Manager will serve as the primary liaison to AB Vista global and regional team, customers and distributors in SEA/AU-NZ region.  They will also support the Business Managers in SEA and AU/NZ in achieving the regional business goals. They will work closely with the Business Managers and other related functions to set the strategy for customers and markets to meet regional goals.  This position will be based in Singapore.

You’ll be responsible for: 
 
Liaise with HQ for global program & initiatives and incorporate & adapt to the regions.
Working with the commercial, technical and technical service to develop the Marketing plan for the defined region.
Manage Market Vision, conduct market studies and analysis to generate actionable insights for the region and business expansion.
Product marketing including product launches and product life cycle.
Responsible for the development of the communication strategy and plan to ensure consistency with the overall marketing strategy and sales priorities for the region.
Responsible for the marketing budget and proper tracking & measurement of all implemented marketing programs and initiatives. 
Act as the brand governance to ensure all marketing initiatives, messaging and brand position are relevant and within corporate guidelines. Manage the localization and translation of all communications and marketing materials.
Lead marketing and branding program with distributors.

What we’re looking for: 

Degree in marketing, communications or related field, experience in animal nutrition is a plus
Good inter-personal skills to deal with all level of internal and external staff
Sound knowledge of marketing concepts & principles, internal & external communications and their appropriate use. Proven track record in implementing marketing programs within ASPAC, from concept through execution to good outcome.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills. Able to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Mature and possess high level of independence and intrinsic motivation. Chinese language skills are desired.
